We are investing efforts, time and money for the skills improvement and personal development of each members of our team.

The Kaizen Program

To assure continuous improvement and skills development of our team, each member are required to render at least one hour per day to watch and study a series of video tutorials related to their expertise.

Once a person has become a member of our team, he will undergo training sessions under one of our Senior Developers. Some of the trainings includes:

Regular Physical Activities

We understand the importance of physical exercise.

Since website designs and development requires sitting for long period of time, at least two times a month, we have regular Badminton sessions at Raquettaz, Dasmarinas City as our regular physical activity.
